A2 Paneer is exclusively made of A2 Desi Cow Milk, which makes it stand apart from the other customised synthetic cheese. In case of coagulation, i.e., the process by which Desi Cow Paneer is churned out of Desi Cow Milk, the agent used is Lemon. Instead of vinegar or any other synthetic chemical substances, to acquire Pure Desi Cow Paneer, only lemon is to be used. Paneer is actually Cottage Cheese, which is made by coagulating the Desi Cow milk by adding a natural acidic substance.
